Another great year for anime. We have Frieren and Pluto that make me cry so hard, Vinland Saga for its touching character development, Tengoku Daimakyou with mysterious world design, and Skip and Loafer that is really chilling.

This year's roster was quite overwhelming, honestly, to me it felt as explosive as when anime became higher in demand over lockdown, even the less popular titles like Migi to Dali/Migi & Dali somehow were able to blend how I felt about anime this year, nearing perfection.

2023 couldn't have been better. Sousou no Frieren showed me of how precious time is and Tengoku Daimakyou reminded me how cruel yet kind people can be. A duo of incredible and unforgettable anime that i will always watch again and again.
