Well I am just starting my anime journey, but just a note for my future self, the shows that left the biggest impression on me this year were shows from the past - OG EVA, Sonny boy and CSM. For this year JJK2 was the craziest ride so far. So much anime to catch up to btw)

I definitely think The Apothecary Diaries is one of the most beautiful shows of the year. The backgrounds are the flowers are wonderfully rendered, and the characters are enjoyable and memorable, especially Maomao.
