Another great year for anime. We have Frieren and Pluto that make me cry so hard, Vinland Saga for its touching character development, Tengoku Daimakyou with mysterious world design, and Skip and Loafer that is really chilling.

Bye, 2023. You did good, I suppose, though I’m shocked that somehow the isekai well didn’t finally run dry again this year. Weird, because I could’ve sworn I saw all this year’s quirky smart boys travel to a faraway land three years ago. Who am I kidding, I still watch them too.
