BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, ALL ENTRANTS AND OTHER PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL EVENT RULES, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THIS EVENT.

1. Sponsor. This event is sponsored by MyAnimeList Co., Ltd. (“MyAnimeList” or “Sponsor”). The event is void in whole or in part where prohibited by law.
In the event of changes to the event, we will announce them on the event page and Twitter.

2. Eligibility. A Twitter account is required to participate. If you do not have a Twitter account, please create one on the official Twitter website.
This event is open only to individuals who are 16 years of age or older at time of entry. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to certain prize items. The Sponsor shall have the right at any time to require proof of age, identity and/or eligibility to participate in the giveaway. Failure to provide such proof or insufficient proof may result in disqualification from the event at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All information requested by and supplied to Sponsor for the purpose of the event must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from the event should such an entrant at any stage supply unsatisfactory, untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.

The following actions will invalidate your entry.

• Unfollowing the MyAnimeList official account.
• Making your tweets unsearchable.
• Deleting your tweets.

3. Period. The period for entering the event begins on September 9, 2021 and ends on September 17, 2021 at 12:00 (PDT). No entries will be accepted after this period. The period is based on the time of the Twitter post.

4. How to Enter the event. There is no purchase necessary to enter the event. To enter this event, review and follow these Official event Rules.Follow the MyAnimeList official account and quote retweet to the event tweet with a punchline and the hashtag #captionhamehura. You may enter as many times as you like. Multiple entries by the use of any system, robot, agent, or software to automatically submit entries in connection with this event is prohibited and will result in all entries from that person being disqualified. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for late entries or entry failures due to technological or other issues. All costs related to the entry (such as Internet connection charges and phone charges) will be borne by the entrant. For information on Twitter settings and usage, please contact Twitter Inc.

5. Event Prizes. The following prize will be awarded to 5 participants. We will contact the winners in late September and send them the prizes. In the event of changes to this schedule, we will announce it on the event page.

6. Winner Selection and Odds of Winning. Potential winners will be randomly selected after September 20. 2021, and the odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor. The MyAnimeList official account (@myanimelist) will contact the winners via the accounts used for entry. Please complete the procedures before the deadline. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within the deadline, fails to respond to any attempted contact, is otherwise in non-compliance with these Official Giveaway Rules, or declines to or cannot accept the prize to be awarded, such potential winner will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event these provisions shall apply to such other eligible entry.

7. Release from Liability. By entering this giveaway, you release MyAnimeList and its affiliates, employees, officers, managers and agents from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this giveaway or transmission, failed transmission or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or any other theory.

8. Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, suspend, and/or revise the rules of the event for any or no reason. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual in violation of these Official event Rules or if the Sponsor discovers such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or acting in an unlawful or disruptive manner. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official event Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision. Submitted Entries may be featured in media relating to this event. The copyright of all My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X’s images in this event resides with "HAMEFURA X" Production Committee.

9. Privacy. Information collected from you in connection with this event will be used by the Sponsor for its administration of the event, including to verify your eligibility and notify potential winners and to deliver prizes. Information collected is otherwise subject to and may be used and shared by MyAnimeList in accordance with MyAnimeList's Privacy Policy at https://myanimelist.net/about/privacy_policy and applicable law.
