Even though I didn't watch much in comparison, I think 2024 was a really crazy year with a colourful mix of anime that has something for everyone and will always be worth remembering.
Reminder for my future self: Rewatch at least Solo Leveling, Oshi No Ko S2 and Wind Breaker.

What a year it was for anime. There were certainly ups and downs, different opinions, but overall it was a roller coaster ride. Animes like Frieren, Bleach, Dan Da Dan, Solo Leveling got some spotlight as they deserved, but there’s always room for more obscure ones to shine.

This has been a weird year for anime. We've had some bangers (Re:Zero S3, DanDaDan, etc.) but we've also had one of the worst flops in anime history (Uzumaki).
I hope one day Junji Ito's works can be adapted into anime the way they deserve...
