  • imo the selection of nominees in the MAL Yearbook is so much better than the nominations of a certain Anime Awards show (you know which one). Here I don't find myself asking all the time; why wasn't that anime nominated for this category? Also love the fun category titles more :D

  • This year has been a less memorable year for me. In each season, there are some anime that are too dominant (Sosou no Frieren, Oshi No Ko, Kimetsu). Composition between anime romance and action are very unbalanced. Hopefully in 2024, more anime will be stable. Yohohoho
