BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SURVEY, ALL PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING ON ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE SURVEY.

1. Operator

Anime Survey (“Survey”) is operated by MyAnimeList Co., Ltd. (“MyAnimeList”).

2. Eligibility

The Survey is open only to individuals who are 16 years of age or older at time of participation. The Operator shall have the right at any time to require proof of age, identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Survey. Failure to provide such proof or insufficient proof may result in disqualification from the Survey in Operator’s sole discretion. All information provided to the Operator for the purpose of the Survey must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disregard any participant from the Survey should such a participant at any stage supply unsatisfactory, untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Survey Period

The period for submitting survey answers begins October 12, 2023 at 11:00, and will continue until October 31, 2023 at 16:00 (JST) (“Survey Period”). Operator reserves the right to extend the Survey Period and amend these Official Rules accordingly.

4. How to Participate in this Survey

To enter this Survey, review and follow these Official Rules, answer questions in the provided form and submit the required information. Limit one (1) submission per person, per e-mail address, per MAL ID during the Survey Period via online entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one e-mail address/MAL ID or more than one person uses the same e-mail address/MAL ID. Multiple submissions by one person or the use of any system, robot, agent, or software to automatically submit answers in connection with this Survey is prohibited and will result in all submissions from that person being disregarded. Operator assumes no responsibility for late submissions or entry failures due to technological or other issues.

5. Prohibited items

Users are prohibited from the following acts.

• Violating the law or these Official Rules
• Submitting false information
• Sending or submitting computer viruses or other harmful computer programs or emails
• Unauthorized access of MyAnimeList’s website or computers related to the Survey

About handling of personal information

MyAnimeList will handle personal information obtained from Survey participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

7. Other

□ MyAnimeList may change the contents of the Survey or terminate the Survey at its own discretion.

□ These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, the Tokyo District Court is to be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

Users of MyAnimeList are subject to MyAnimeList’s Terms of Use Agreement at https://myanimelist.net/about/terms_of_use, which are incorporated herein by reference.
