Introduction

K MANGA is a brand new manga reading platform* by leading manga publisher Kodansha! With K MANGA, you can access hundreds of Kodansha titles via their app or web browser interface.

To celebrate the release, K MANGA will be hosting a launch party where you’ll be able to get a behind–the-scenes look at how some of your favorite Kodansha manga are brought to life. In addition, you can take a fun personality quiz featuring characters from manga available on K MANGA for a chance to claim some official social media icons!

A Message to Fans 1 The Manga Artist Behind the Stories [Live] – Reiji Miyajima, Rent-A-Girlfriend A Message to Fans 2 The Manga Artist Behind the Stories – Hajime Isayama, Attack on Titan The Editor Behind the Stories – Koji Terayama, an Editor of Kodansha A Message to Fans 3 The Manga Artist Behind the Stories ＆ Live Drawing [Live] – Hiro Mashima, FAIRY TAIL Closing [Live] The Manga Artist Behind the Stories Hiro Mashima, creator of "FAIRY TAIL", and Reiji Miyajima of "Rent-A-Girlfriend" will be special guests in a live talk session where they will take a closer look at the behind-the-scenes production of their works. Mashima will perform a live drawing, which is a must-see for fans of his work. In addition, the event will feature a special, pre-recorded interview with Hajime Isayama, creator of "Attack on Titan". A Message to Fans Kodansha will reveal signed original illustrations and video messages to fans from a total of 16 manga artists. The Editor Behind the Stories A video featuring Koji Terayama in his role as an editor who provides support for the manga production process will be shown. There will be an inside view of the role of editors in the production process of "DRIFTING DRAGONS". A recorded scene with the manga artist, Taku Kuwabara, will also be showcased.

K MANGA is Kodansha's new official manga platform, with approximately 400 manga titles* available. Of those 400 titles, approximately 60 will see their most recent chapters published simultaneously in Japan. "Attack on Titan", "Tokyo Revengers" and "FAIRY TAIL" will be available to read for free in their entirety as part of a limited-time campaign.
