Fishes in the Rain

When I think of "Blue" one of the first things that come to mind is water, specifically rain and the ocean. I wanted to create a piece that would conceptualise those ideas while also enforcing a sense of awe; similar to how Yatora Yaguchi visualised Shibuya in his first painting.
